Expected lenght (depends on the model, but taken from the base of the neck to where it's supposed to rest) :

If you didn't get the right item, size or the item arrives damaged, I will gladly exchange it for you for no fees, as long as it hasn't been worn.

I don't accept returns excepted for exceptionnal circumstances.

If you don't receive your package after it was sent, please declare before 80 days after the shipping date. Any loss declared after 90 days cannot be claimed and is invalid for insurance, so it cannot be refunded.
